Sandeep Agate
CEO
Sandeep Agate is the President and CEO of Krixi Corp. and is responsible for the company's overall vision, mission and execution of its corporate strategy. With over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience in healthcare and cloud-based services, Sandeep was the founding President and CEO of REACH Call, Inc., now REACH Health. Sandeep, along with most of the Krixi leadership, successfully built the first ever commercial cloud-based telemedicine and telestroke service in the United States, creating 25+ telemedicine networks of 110+ hospitals in 9 States in the USA in just 3+ years. Bootstrapping the company for the first couple of years and then raising funding to execute the growth strategy of the company, Sandeep was responsible for creating a debt-free, profitable, high-growth telemedicine and telestroke company, leading to its successful acquisition by a growth equity venture group in 2010. Under Sandeep's leadership, the company won the first ever Atlanta based GRA/TAG Business Launch competition in 2006 and was recognized as the Top 40 innovative and fast-growing technology companies of Georgia for each year that Sandeep was the President/CEO. Sandeep has served on the Board of Directors of REACH Call, on the advisory boards of Telehealth Magazine and 2 startup companies in Georgia. He has also co-authored and published a paper on the "National Rollout of the First Commercial Web-based Telemedicine and Telestroke System" and presented it at the Montreal Telehealth Conference in May 2007. Sandeep holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Kent State University.
Daniel Fitzpatrick
President, Americas
As one of the founding partners of Krixi Care, Dan Fitzpatrick has more than 25 years of healthcare business development leadership experience to leverage in his role at Krixi. Dan has served as the Sr. Director of Strategic Development at Ergotron, a Nortek company, as President of Anton Bauer, a Vitec company, as SVP of Sales & Marketing and founding Partner of Flo healthcare, an Emerson company, and further as President of Fitzpatrick Findings, a business development consultancy for healthcare technology companies. Dan has held key business development and advisory positions with healthcare IT companies such as Sprint Healthcare Solutions (telemedicine), Tremont Medical, Logistix, Omnicell, BD Stanley Innerspace, Capsa Solutions, and Humanscale. Dan holds a BAS from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire, with an emphasis in History and Economics. Dan and his wife Cindy reside in the Atlanta Georgia area, are frequently involved in charitable causes and have two daughters attending college.
Pankaj Lagu
Director, Product Strategy
Since 2010, Pankaj Lagu has contributed to virtually every aspect of the product development lifecycle at Krixi. In his role as the Director of Product Strategy, Pankaj leads the research, design and innovation behind the company's products and services. Pankaj has also played key roles in the design, architecture and development of the Krixi Care telemedicine platform and in its implementation at strategic international customer locations. In addition to on-site presentation and training of clinical personnel, Pankaj has been responsible for streamlining and optimizing support processes through product innovation to help the company achieve 100% service uptime since 2010. His proudest achievement, though, is having played a part in saving thousands of lives via the Krixi Care telestroke and telemedicine platform that he helped innovate, develop and deploy, globally. Pankaj has graduated with honors and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the University of Pune, India.
Nupur Ghatnekar
Director, Product Delivery
At Krixi, since 2012, Nupur Ghatnekar has specialized in healthcare informatics, playing critical roles in the design, architecture, development and deployment of healthcare IT solutions. The products and applications that she has brought to market, serve some of the largest clinical registries in the United States, providing them with actionable intelligence, performance benchmarks and comparative analyses presented via web and mobile interfaces. She specializes in HIPAA and HITECH compliance, protection of ePHI and other sensitive patient, provider and hospital identifying data, as well as in the security of web and mobile applications that access, process and present these data. In addition, Nupur also works with our content matter experts to design clinical modules and the seamless integration of these modules in the hospitals' and providers' workflows. She has worked with our telemedicine and telehealth networks in the United States, Middle East and Asia Pacific to reduce operational overheads, increase revenues and lower cost of ownership of healthcare IT systems, including the Krixi Care telemedicine and telehealth platform. Nupur has been a recipient of the prestigious AFS and NTS scholarships in India, has graduated with honors and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the University of Pune, India.
Shraddha Bhale
Director, Operations
At Krixi Care, Shraddha is responsible for the management and oversight of a 100+ strong, multi-shore organization that is committed to providing world-class products, support and services to our customers worldwide.
With over 12 years of global operations management experience in process development, resource management and multi-shore project execution, Shraddha brings best of class knowledge, experience and leadership to Krixi Care, having spent the better part of her career in the United States, United Kingdom and India. Prior to Krixi Care, she was part of the operations management team at Chevron, USA. Shraddha holds an MBA with a focus on international business from the UK.
Nakul Datar
Director, Customer Success
Nakul Datar's singular focus at Krixi Care is making our customers and partners successful through seamless implementation of our products; through comprehensive training of our customers and partners; and through round the clock, world class support to our global user base.
Nakul has over 11 years of technical and management experience in the fields of technology, education and healthcare. He has been part of teams that have designed and delivered mission critical systems for the US Department of Energy. He has also helped design and develop drug discovery and chemo informatics solutions for the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Nakul has a Masters of Science in Software Engineering from the University of Southern California, USA.

Dr. Emad Yacoub
Dr. Yacoub is an accomplished radiologist in St. Petersburg, Florida, who trained in Yale University in New Haven. He has extensive experience in managing web development. Dr. Yacoub has extensive experience with web business development, including owning multiple online companies in and outside of the healthcare industry, such as in the fields of teleradiology, medical equipment sales, online furniture distributorship and online financial solutions. Dr. Yacoub also is the founder of the largest online Coptic network in the world. He is also involved with multiple real estate investments including hotels in New York City.
Dr. Mark Soliman
Dr. Soliman is Board Certified by both the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgeons and the American Board of Surgery. He attended the University of Florida and was a part of the Junior Honors Medical Program, graduating with his Bachelors and Medical Degrees by the age of 23 as magna cum laude. He did his surgical residency at Baptist Health in Birmingham, Alabama and completed his fellowship in Colon and Rectal Surgery at the Colon and Rectal Clinic of Orlando. Dr. Soliman is a consultant surgeon of the Florida Hospital Cancer Institute and the Colon & Rectal Specialty for UF Health Cancer Center (formerly MD Anderson Cancer Center of Orlando). He practices primarily in Altamonte Springs, Florida. Dr. Soliman specializes in advanced robotic as well as laparoscopic colon surgery for benign and malignant disease, and evolving techniques in transanal minimally invasive surgery for sphincter preservation. He serves on the Robotics Steering Committee at Florida Hospital Altamonte, and additionally specializes in anal physiologic testing for chronic constipation, fecal incontinence, anorectal ultrasound, sphincter saving techniques for rectal cancer and surgery for inflammatory bowel disease. In his spare time, Dr. Soliman enjoys life with his wife and baby daughter, is an avid photographer, and is very active in his church.
Deepak Nanda
Deepak Nanda has been a banker / investment banker since 1984, starting his career with Citibank NA. He has worked with foreign and local investment banks and raised over USD 6 Billion in equity and debt capital, in addition to closing joint ventures, tie-ups, mergers and acquisitions. Deepak has worked on and closed complex aircraft financing deals, healthcare equity financing, structured foreign currency deals as well as having raised short and long term debt funding. He has worked as in investment banker in New York, London, Sydney as well as most metropolitan cities in India. He is a Chartered Accountant, standing second in India in the finals and intermediate examinations, winning gold medals and scholarships throughout his academic career.
Simon Subodh Karmarkar
Simon Subodh Karmarkar is a published author, public speaker, certified Gestalt experiential therapist, and founder/CEO of HelpMeNow, Inc., a pioneer in the tele-clinical healthcare space. For over 15 years he has specialized in addiction treatment as well as therapy for individuals and couples in his private practice. As founder and CEO of Anamika Recovery Center, a California state-licensed and certified sub-acute detoxification center and in-patient program, he was a pioneer in bringing awareness about addiction and treatment solutions to the Indian American community. This earned him a nomination as Sony Entertainment South Asian Person of the Year. Simon believes the key in treating behavioral issues is a love of humanity, in the sense of caring, nourishing, developing, and enhancing what it means to be human. Simon attended University of Phoenix' master's and doctoral programs, specializing in organizational leadership. He is a contributing author through the Center for Workplace Diversity and has been an adjunct professor at Loyola Marymount University. Simon enjoys sports, arts and music, playing racquetball, acting, singing and photography.
